I love to teach and connect with people of all backgrounds and beliefs. My teaching style is approachable, inclusive, calm and explorative.

I found meditation before discovering yoga. I find the intersection of the two practices to be the most potent place, often combining them in my teaching offerings. My first formal meditation experience came in 2014 on a 10-day silent retreat (Vipassana) after being burnt out from work and life in NYC. Much to my surprise, I found I felt at home in the practice of meditation and returned to the city determined to make it a part of my life.

I shortly found work study positions at meditation and yoga studios in the city, eventually working full-time, then managing, before beginning to teach classes.

I’ve had the great fortune to study with the venerable Thupten Phuntsok (Gelug Tradition), mentor on Sacred Fig Teacher Training, filming for SKY TING TV, Fig Flix and most recently Kripalu Institute.

I’ve completed two, 200-hr yoga teacher training programs with SKY TING (NYC) and The Sacred Fig (Bali). I’m recently Katonah Yoga Certified. I’ve been fortunate enough to have mentored and co-taught on teacher trainings around the world.

I practice meditation and yoga because I feel kinder and more genuine to myself and others.
